
MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- A woman is critically hurt after being stabbed at Milwaukee Area Technical College on Wednesday.
According to police, a woman was stabbed in the neck on Wednesday morning by a man who was also a student. Police say the victim and the suspect knew each other.
WITI-TV reports the man was quickly taken into custody. The woman was taken to Froedtert Hospital with critical injuries. The woman was in her twenties.
According to MATC President Michael Burke, this was an isolated incident involving students who knew each other.
