Registered sex offender moving to Beloit

BELOIT (WKOW) -- Police want to make Beloit residents aware a child sex offender is moving to the city.

Jazman E. Fowler, 28, will be living at 224 Chestnut Avenue in Beloit on Monday, September 17. According to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Fowler is currently residing in Janesville and is compliant with the Sex Offender Registry program.

Fowler was convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2004.

While he's living in Beloit, Fowler cannot have contact with minors.
