I-90 shooting suspect arrested

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WKOW) -- Illinois State Police say I-90 shooting suspect was caught and arrested this afternoon near Memphis, Tennessee.

Walsh has been wanted for a week in the murder of Lori Daniels. Police say he shot her in a car on I-90 near the Illinois-Wisconsin state line.

Illinois police say he tried to escape officers in Tennessee but crashed his vehicle. They say he had a gun and ammunition in the car.
