Cottage Grove man gets 6th OWI

MONROE (WKOW) -- A Cottage Grove man has been arrested for his sixth drunk driving offense.

Police say they stopped 32-year-old Jacob Prochnow in Monroe for going the wrong way on Highway 69.

Police found open intoxicants in Prochnow's vehicle. He was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
