MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man faces homicide charges after authorities say he caused a deadly crash in August.
42-year-old Lawren Prisk faces four felonies including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
The Dane County Sheriff's Department says Prisk rear-ended a car on County Highway N in Sun Prairie on August 21. The driver of that car, 24-year-old Jamie Lauter of Sun Prairie, suffered severe injuries. The passenger in Lauter's car, Conor Dunleavy, died at the hospital later that day.
Prisk is now out of jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
He'll be back in court in October.
