WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WKOW) -- The man accused of killing a Janesville woman on I-90 near the Wisconsin-Illinois border in early September pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.
The Winnebago County state's attorney says 22-year-old Kody Walsh is charged with two counts of first degree murder. Police reports say Walsh shot Lori Daniels.
Walsh was arrested Sunday in Tennessee and was extradited back to Illinois. Walsh will be back in court next month. No bond has been set.
