Gov. Walker on witness list in former aide's trial

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Governor Scott Walker may have to testify in the trial of his former aide.

A court filing obtained by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel shows Walker on the witness list in the trial of Kelly Rindfleisch.

Rindfleisch is charged with four counts of misconduct in office stemming from accusations she did campaign work on county time while working under then-Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker.

Her trial begins in mid-October.
