UW-Madison officials propose personnel changes

MADISON (WKOW) -- University of Wisconsin-Madison officials have proposed major changes to how employees are recruited, paid and evaluated.

That includes performance-based raises for faculty and staff and those doing the hiring could adjust salary offers for all employees, to compete with other employers across the nation.

The University's Board of Regents and the legislature have to approve the plan.
