TOWN OF LEROY (WKOW) - Three people are injured in a two vehicle crash in the Town of Leroy Saturday night.
Authorities said the crash happened around 5:31 p.m.at the intersection of Lamira Drive and CTH V.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Department said a 2004 GMC pick-up truck, driven by Thomas Gruenberger of rural Campbellsport, collided with a 2003 Pontiac operated by Darvin Rickert of Fond du Lac.
Sergeant John Monaghan said Rickert struck a trailer with a load of hay that Gruenberger was hauling resulting in the trailer over turning.
Authorities said Gruenberger was uninjured in the accident. Rickert was transported via Flight for Life to Theda Clark hospital. The two minor passengers, ages 10 and 8, in Rickert's vehicle were transported by ambulance to St. Agnes hospital for treatment for non life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
