MADISON (WKOW) -- A probable cause affidavit states a Madison man was pushed to the ground and hit his head before his death.
Authorities say 54-year-old Bruce Engendorf was killed last week at his east side home. A prosecutor says his housemate, 62-year-old David Tingom is expected to face a charge of second degree reckless homicide on Wednesday.
The affidavit states Engendorf and Tingom got into a fight last week over Engendorf playing loud music.
The affidavit states Tingom told officers he pushed Engendorf, with Engendorf falling backward and hitting his head on the driveway of Tingom's home at 4007 Maher Avenue.
Court records state an autopsy revealed several injuries to Engendorf, including injuries from blows and defensive-type injuries to his hands.
Tingom remains jailed on $20,000 bail.
