MADISON (WKOW) -- A $610,000 cash bond is set for a 25-year-old man charged with stabbing a man earlier this month in Fitchburg.
Dominique Hale made his initial appearance in court on Wednesday. He is charged with 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of 39-year-old Willie Taylor.
Police say Hale stabbed Taylor outside an apartment on Greenway Cross on September 8. They say Hale also hurt his ex-girlfriend during the incident.
Hale is also charged with Burglary While Armed with a Dangerous Weapon and Battery.
On Wednesday, the court entered a not guilty plea to the battery charge for Hale.
Hale is set to appear in court for a status hearing on October 8.
