Another step in collective bargaining battle

Posted:

MADISON (WKOW) -- Another step Wednesday in Wisconsin's collective bargaining court battle.

Union attorneys have asked Dane County Judge Juan Colas to let his ruling stand that declares Act 10 unconstitutional. Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen has asked Colas to put a freeze on the ruling while his office appeals.

On Wednesday, union attorneys filed a brief asking Colas to refuse Van Hollen's request.

Van Hollen has until Friday to reply.
