Harvest celebration at Aldo Leopold Saturday

MONONA (WKOW) -- The 10th annual Pipers in the Prairie harvest celebration will be held Saturday.

It's the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Monona.

Bagpipers will be marching and playing across the prairie.

There will also be Irish dance demonstrations, a bonfire, crafts for the kids and food and drinks.

The celebration will be held at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center at 330 Femrite Drive in Monona, Saturday from 4:30-8:00 p.m.

All proceeds will benefit the children's programming at the center.
