MENLO PARK, CA (WKOW) -- You'll soon find it easier to get help on Facebook, if all goes according to plan for the social network site. 

Facebook says it redesigned the help page to make it easier for users to get answers to their questions.

It features major topics, including one to, ""See what's new on Facebook," and a list of popular questions.

The site also made its "support dashboard" available to all users.

That allows users to track the progress of any complaints they make to the site.
