DreamBank ribbon cutting ceremony held on Wednesday - WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and Sports

MADISON (WKOW) -- There's a new place in Madison to help community members realize their dreams.

American Family Insurance's DreamBank opened Wednesday on the Capitol Square.

The company's Executive Vice President, Lisa Bacus, says DreamBank is a place for people to explore, discover and to celebrate dreams.

"We believe that a community of dreamers helps enhance the betterment of the entire community and it gives us the opportunity, as people realize and achieve their dream, to protect those dreams for them," Bacus said. 

The store includes a "Discover Dream Den" where visitors can explore different topics to help them develop their dreams. Bacus says the den lets the visitors interact with innovative technology that allows them to explore what their dreams are.

"We're hoping that by opening this store, we can create a community of dreamers here in Madison and beyond," Bacus said.
