MADISON (WKOW) -- Significant traffic delays are expected on Thursday during President Obama's visit to Madison.

Madison police say roads along the motorcade route from the Dane County Regional Airport to UW-Madison's campus will be closed in the lead-up to the motorcade's arrival and will re-open after it passes. The specific route is not being released.

In addition, N. Park Street, between University Avenue and Langdon Street, will be closed starting at 8:30 a.m., and will remain closed until after the event.
