MADISON (WKOW) -- Dane County's district attorney has declined to criminally charge a man involved in a fight with a housemate, who later died.
A staff member for District Attorney Ismael Ozanne tells 27 News no charges have been issued against 62-year old David Tingom.
Tingom was arrested last month, after the death of 54-year-old Bruce Engendorf.
Last week, Tingom's bail was set at $20,000, after an assistant district attorney told a court commissioner a charge of reckless homicide was expected to be lodged against Tingom.
A probable cause affidavit states Engendorf and Tingom got into a fight last month over Engendorf playing loud music.
The affidavit states Tingom told officers he pushed Engendorf who then fell backward and hit his head on the driveway of Tingom's home at 4007 Maher Avenue in Madison.
Court records state an autopsy revealed several injuries to Engendorf, including injuries from blows and defensive-type injuries to his hands.
