TOMAH (WKOW) -- Detectives are trying to figure out how a man and woman died in Tomah.
Police released a statement saying officers were dispatched to a home on the east side of Tomah Monday morning for a report of two non-responsive people. They entered the home and found the bodies of Michael Bobak, 35, and Tracey Small, 25.
Police aren't releasing many details, but have said Bobak and Small were the lawful occupants of the home.
Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ), the state crime lab and the State Patrol are assisting local investigators.
Tomah Police Chief Wes Revels declined to comment on the case, saying the investigation is in its early stages. DOJ spokeswoman Dana Brueck also declined to comment.
