GRANT COUNTY (WKOW) -- Authorities say reckless driving by a 19-year-old Platteville man caused a two-vehicle crash Monday evening.

Grant County officials say they were called to Classic Lane in Platteville Township around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Officials say 19-year-old James Haslow admitted to driving 60 mph in a 45 mph speed zone when he hit a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Kristy Dressler, of Platteville.

Three people were taken to the hospital: Dressler with unknown internal injuries, 31-year-old Urlah Zaden with unknown internal and back injuries, and a 6-year-old girl who was released with no injuries.

Haslow refused medical treatment, but was taken to the hospital for a blood test.

Haslow is charged with reckless driving causing injuries.
