BLACK RIVER FALLS (WKOW) -- A Wisconsin company faces a fine from OSHA because of the death of a construction worker.

The Federal occupational safety and health administration cited Lunda Construction, of Black RiverFfalls, for three serious safety violations.

On April 20, 58-year-old Raymond Ashenbrenner died when a crane collapsed on a highway 41 construction site near De Pere.

OSHA says Lunda failed to train workers on safe assembly.

The company has declined to comment.
