WAUKESHA (WKOW) -- Congressman Paul Ryan will get his chance to appeal to Wisconsin voters Monday morning.
He's hosting a town hall event at Carroll University in Waukesha.
The school is setting the stage for Ryan's visit.
University republicans say they're going to be busy drumming up support.
"We are going to talk to fellow college republicans, get students involved, tell them to come, we're gonna really get the word out there to other students to come to this so we're really excited," says Luke Mattek.
The university president says he thinks an alum and campaign staffer suggested Carroll University, which is surrounded by a strong GOP base.
The event will be held in the school's field house, which can hold about 2,500 people.
