Candidates consumed by debate preparations

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WKOW) -- After a lackluster performance in the first presidential debate, the Obama campaign is promising a more energetic president Tuesday in suburban New York.

Obama and a team of advisers are engaged in an intense three-day "debate camp" at a golf resort in Williamsburg, Virginia.

GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney is practicing near his Massachusetts home. His advisers are suggesting he will continue to moderate his message.

The "town hall" style format means the candidates will get questions from real folks.
