BELOIT (WKOW) -- A Beloit Boys & Girls Club employee is accused of stealing nearly $28,000 from the agency and a local school organization in the past year.
Beloit police say 34-year-old Holly Flanagan, of Beloit, used the club's credit card for personal use. The agency reported discrepancies in the credit card bill of about $5,400 between March and August of this year.
Police also believe Flanagan is responsible for taking nearly $22,000 from the Converse Elementary School PTO in the past year.
Flanagan faces charges of credit card crimes and theft. She'll appear in court on November 1.
Authorities are looking into whether Flanagan had access to finances for any other community groups or organizations. Any missing funds should be reported to the Beloit Police Department at 608-364-6812.
