JAMESTOWN TOWNSHIP (WKOW) -- The Grant County Sheriff's Department says an ambulance from Hazel Green overturned while taking a patient to the hospital.
The driver of the ambulance lost control while going around a sharp curve on Rock Cut Rd. near Highway 11 in Jamestown Township. The vehicle went into the ditch and ended up on its side.
Deputies say the patient was removed from the ambulance and was taken to Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa by Dickeyville EMS.
The ambulance driver, 25-year-old Ryan Fields, and one of the EMTs in the Hazel Green ambulance had minor injuries and were taken to Mercy Hospital by Hazel Green EMS's alternate ambulance.
Deputies say the crash is still under investigation.
