MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison police hope surveillance video will help in identifying a teen who punched a Metro passenger several times in the head.
Police say the victim, a 48-year-old Madison man, says the incident happened the evening of October 5. The man was seated near the front of the bus when the teen came at him from the back and punched him. Police say the incident appears to have been unprovoked.
Officials describe the suspect as a thin, black male in his late teens. Police say he exited the bus immediately after the attack and ran away towards an apartment complex on the 700 block of Northport Drive.
Police say the victim was not seriously injured.
