SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- The vice president's wife was in Dane County this weekend.
Jill Biden spoke to supporters in Sun Prairie Sunday night. Her focus was on education. As a long-time teacher, she says education is one of her biggest priorities, along with her husband.
She referred to the Obama administration's efforts to make student loans more accessible and investments in public education.
"As a teacher, I want to make sure that we continue to invest in quality education, and that's why I'm so glad that this president and our vice president have moved us forward on education," Biden says.
Jill Biden also encouraged supporters to get out and vote early.
Jill will be in Madison on Monday morning at the Madison Obama for America campaign office, and Joe Biden will be in Wisconsin later this week. Details on where he will speak have not been released.

She plans to be in Sun Prairie on Sunday and Madison on Monday. According to the Obama campaign, she will speak about the upcoming election, encourage voters to cast ballots early and ask supporters to help organize their communities before the election.
Vice President Joe Biden will be in Wisconsin on Friday.
