MADISON (WKOW) -- Democrat Tammy Baldwin and Republican Tommy Thompson are meeting for their third and final debate before the election for the Wisconsin's open U.S. Senate seat.
The debate is set for 8:00 p.m. Friday in Milwaukee on the Marquette University campus.
Wisconsin's U.S. Senate race is one of the most expensive ones in the country. More than $40 million has been spent by both the candidates and outside groups.
Baldwin and Thompson have been sparring in recent days over actions they took in the years following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, their positions on health care reform and Iran.
WKOW is the only Madison station carrying the debate. We'll also stream it online at www.wkow.com/live beginning at 8:00 p.m.
