Kids get early start at Madison family Halloween

MADISON (WKOW) -- Some youngsters got a little head start on Halloween Friday.

They took part in the downtown Madison family Halloween along the capitol square and State Street.

Kids got to Trick-or-Treat at participating businesses and also had the chance to see magic shows, musical performances and take hay rides around the capitol square.
