MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say a Madison man was arrested on several charges after he got into a fight with his girlfriend.
Madison police say early Thursday morning, a 35-year-old Madison woman reported that her SUV was rammed twice at an E. Washington gas station by a man with whom she had a relationship with.
Police were told the two had gotten into an argument over the woman wanting to break up. The victim told officers the argument got physical and the suspect ripped off her shirt. She was able to get into her vehicle and drive away, but 35-year-old Roland Scott followed her.
Officials say the woman made a turn onto the 400 block of Algoma Street, which is a dead-end. While making a u-turn, she says Scott rammed into her vehicle two times, causing damage to a wheel and bumper.
Police say the victim then called 911 as she drove away. Scott was arrested at a residence on E. Karstens Drive. He faces charges of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of disorderly conduct and duty upon striking an occupied vehicle.
