MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The trial of a former aide to governor Scott Walker is moving forward.
Attorneys for Tim Russell asked for his case to be dismissed, but that was denied today by a Milwaukee County judge.
Russell is accused of stealing more than 21-thousand dollars from a non-profit Walker asked him to lead when Walker was Milwaukee County executive.
Russell's trial begins December 3.
