GREEN BAY (WKOW) – Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan decided to make a quick stop at a tailgating party across the street from Lambeau Field for the Sunday afternoon Packer game.
The Wisconsin congressman and his family made a quick stop outside the stadium. Ryan was sporting yellow and green striped ties and a Packers jacket. Ryan didn't make any formal remarks during his 10-minute visit outside the stadium and did not go inside.
Two of running mate Mitt Romney's five sons, Josh and Matt, were at the tailgate along with four of Romney's grandchildren.
Ryan is heading to Ohio, Minnesota and Colorado for campaign rallies. Last month, Ryan dropped in on practice at the Cleveland Browns facility.
