RACINE (WKOW) -- The Racine community is rallying around a family dealt a triple-fatal blow.
Three children in that family were killed in a house fire last week: nine-year-old Dayja Scott, eight-year-old Dalijah and seven-year-old Michael.
Five-year-old Luther Scott and his mother were the only ones who survived.
Staff at the kids' elementary school started collecting whatever they could for the family and asking businesses to help.
"Having children not only be in a fire but having three of them pass away, it's very hard on all of us," said Goodland Elementary School teacher Melanie Raditz.
And this Thursday, a Culvers location in Racine is donating a percentage of its sales to the family.
Investigators say they think the fire was an accident and started in a bathroom.
