College student finds twin in medieval painting

Posted:

PHILADELPHIA (WKOW)-- It happens to everyone, someone tells you that you look like an actor or celebrity.

A college student and his girlfriend were at the Philadelphia Museum of Art's Medieval Armor Department, when she spotted his look-alike. Only it was a portrait of a nobleman, painted in 1562.

Its believed the painting originated in Florence, Italy, where the student's family is from. So, its not completely far-fetched that they could be related.
