MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison mayor Paul Soglin says he'll sign the city's new operating budget without any vetoes.
The city council approved the $267.1 million plan Wednesday night.
It includes $1.75 million for the Overture Center, which is more than Soglin wanted to give the arts facility.
The budget increases taxes by just over $50 on the average home.
