
SHEBOYGAN (WKOW)-- Weeks before Thanksgiving a wild turkey causes hundreds homes to lose power.
The outage was caused when a turkey flew into a power line in Sheboygan County on Saturday morning. The outage effected 1,500 people in the area.
We Energies spokeswoman Cathy Schulze says the outage happened at 8 a.m. Saturday. Power was restored within an hour to all but a handful of homes.
