MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man is arrested for his fourth Operating While Intoxicated offense early Monday morning.
The Dane County Sheriff's Office says a caller reported a possible drunk driver traveling eastbound on Aberg Avenue in the City of Madison around 2:30 a.m. Monday. Officials say the caller told them the vehicle was "all over the road" and traveling at only about five miles per hour.
Officials ran the license plate and found that the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. Authorities found the vehicle at the intersection of East Washington Avenue and Stoughton Road.
Gregorio Tomas-Fabian was arrested for fourth offense of Operating While Intoxicated after performing field sobriety tests. The 51-year-old was also cited for Operating After Revocation and No Insurance.
The Sheriff's Office says there were four other OWI arrests by Dane County deputies during the holiday weekend from Thursday through Sunday.
