MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- A court decision led to a brawl in Milwaukee.
It broke out after Dedrick Ashford was sentenced to one year in prison and one year probation for hitting and killing a 6-year-old boy with his car in April.
Members of the boy's family felt the sentence was far too light and began screaming and yelling.
The melee spilled into the hallway outside of the courtroom, where several people were arrested and some were hurt.
