MILWAUKEE (WKOW)-- Milwaukee anime convention organizers expects more than 4,000 attendees for their 6th annual convention.
Fans of the Japanese cartoon-style animation dress up in costumes, and participate in several contests and games. The convention will include educational panels, video game and board game contests, anime viewing rooms for new shows and costume contests.
The convention is scheduled for February 15-17 at the Milwaukee Convention Center.
Anime is a multibillion dollar industry that ranges from TV, movies, and video games to toys, trinkets and collectibles.
