One dead in a Rhinelander house fire

RHINELANDER (WKOW) -- Investigators say one person has died and another injured in a house fire in Rhinelander.

The fire broke out at a home on Maple Street shortly after 10:30 Wednesday morning.

Authorities say the injured person was transferred to St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander; that person's condition is unknown. 

Names have not been released at this time and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
