Univ. Ave shooting suspect appears in court

MADISON (WKOW) -- A suspect in the May shooting on University Avenue made his first court appearance Wednesday.

Darrion Brown is charged with recklessly endangering safety.

Madison police say he fired shots into a crowd on the 600 block of University Avenue, injuring three people.

A judge set a cash bond of $15,000.

He'll be back in court next week.
