MAZOMANIE (WKOW) -- The half-brother of a Mazomanie man who was killed will have an extradition hearing in Washington State Thursday.
Jeffrey Vogelsberg is accused of killing Matthew Graville, 27, his half-brother who had Asperger Syndrome. Graville's body was found buried in the woods near Lone Rock.
Prosecutors say Graville was abused and tortured and say Vogelsberg killed him in a culmination of beatings that had been going on for months. He faces a murder charge.
Graville was living with Vogelsberg when he went missing this summer. Detectives found his body about a month ago. Vogelsberg had moved to Washington with his wife, who is serving active duty in the military.
Vogelsberg's landlord, Robert McCumber is also charged in the case with helping bury Graville's body. Vogelsberg's mother, Laura Robar is charged with using Graville's food stamps after he died.
