WHITEWATER (WKOW) -- Investigators in Whitewater suspended the case of an assault on the son of a state senator.
Sean Kedzie, son of Neal Kedzie (R-Elkhorn), told police he was attacked by two men outside of his home in Whitewater in October after confronting them for taking his Romney-Ryan yard sign.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports Kedzie and witnesses couldn't identify the same suspect.
According to the newspaper, police say the case could be reopened with new evidence or at Sean Kedzie's request.
