
MADISON, WI (WKOW) - The Wisconsin men's basketball team started slow Wednesday night at the Kohl Center but came back to beat UW-Green Bay 65-54.
Wisconsin fell down 9-2 to the UW-Green Bay men, but the Badgers came back strong going on an 18-2 run to turn a 21-14 deficit into a 32-23 lead.
Three Badgers scored in double figures, led by senior Ryan Evans who tallied 13 points while adding seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks. Senior Jared Berggren (10) and freshman Sam Dekker (10) rounded out the double-figure scoring for UW (7-4). Zak Showalter also added a career-high eight points.
The Badgers next play Saturday December 22nd vs. UW-Milwaukee at the Kohl Center.
