TACOMA, WA (WKOW) -- Washington Governor, Christine Gregoire, has approved the extradition request sent to her by Governor Scott Walker.
Walker asked that Jeffrey Vogelsberg be brought back to Wisconsin.
Vogelsberg is being held in the Pierce County Jail on a tentative charge of first degree intentional homicide, for the killing of his half-brother Matthew Graville. He is also faces a felony charge of hiding a corpse.
Gregoire's office says the request was granted Wednesday and the paperwork turned over to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office.
The Pierce County Sheriff's Office will be in contact with the Dane County Sheriff' Office to determine the timeline to extradite Vogelsberg.
