Fire reveals need for Lambeau improvement

GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- Construction workers at Lambeau Field are putting a new fire safety feature in the stadium.

Firefighters had a hard time Wednesday because they couldn't find a way to get water up to a small fire in the wall between the third and fourth levels.

So, crews are putting in a pipe system that will allow firefighters to feed water from a truck into the pipe and send it where it needs to go.

The fire caused about $5,000 in damage.
