MADISON (WKOW) -- UW offensive coordinator Matt Canada's job is apparently open. A job posting on the NCAA's website lists an opening for offensive coordinator and assistant football coach at Wisconsin.
You can see the posting here.
Meanwhile, the State Journal reports Canada is weighing an offer for the same position at North Carolina State, under former UW defensive coordinator Dave Doeren.
Canada would likely stay on to coach the Rose Bowl but if he does leave, that means the Badgers will lose both their offensive and defensive coordinators after this season.
As for the Badgers' head coaching vacancy, CBS Sports reports Oregon State head coach Mike Riley will interview for the job next week.
The 59-year-old Riley guided the Beavers to a 9-3 finish and a berth in the Alamo Bowl.
Also on Thursday, Miami coach Al Golden officially took his name out of the race for the Badgers' head coaching position.
