Superintendent resigns over Facebook photo

MILTON (WKOW) -- The Milton School Superintendent has resigned after an incident with a Facebook photo.

The school district launched an investigation after Superintendent Mike Garrow brought up a Facebook photo of a woman to staff members that made them uncomfortable.

The investigator concluded the picture was possibly inappropriate.

In his written response, Garrow says his decision to show the photo was,"not a great choice," but said he didn't believe it merited a full investigation.

Garrow has been on paid leave since October.

His resignation takes effect June 30.
