MADISON (WKOW) -- The toilet in a men's bathroom was found destroyed at a Madison convenience store after employees heard a loud bang.
Police were called to the Kelly Williamson Mobil at 901 S. Gammon Road last Thursday. According to an incident report, employees didn't realize the noise came from within the store until a customer left a note saying the bathroom was in need of repair. That's when the shattered toilet was discovered.
An officer recovered bullet fragments and a shell casing from the scene and took them as evidence.
