MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- More homes are selling, but they're selling for less money in Wisconsin.
The numbers for November show home sales up almost 25% and the median price down 2% from a year ago.
According to the report by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, monthly sales of existing homes now have risen for almost a year and a half.
The median price slipped to $129,900 from $133,000.
Until November, the median price in Wisconsin had risen for eight consecutive months.
