Wis. home sales up, prices down

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- More homes are selling, but they're selling for less money in Wisconsin.

The numbers for November show home sales up almost 25% and the median price down 2% from a year ago.

According to the report by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, monthly sales of existing homes now have risen for almost a year and a half.

The median price slipped to $129,900 from $133,000.

Until November, the median price in Wisconsin had risen for eight consecutive months.
