WAUWATOSA (WKOW) -- WISN's Nick Bohr is reporting Ben Sebena confessed to killing his wife, a Wauwatosa police officer.

According to the criminal complaint, Ben Sebena says he shot his wife, Jennifer, twice with his handgun and three more times with her service handgun Christmas Eve morning.

Also in the complaint, a co-worker says Officer Sebena confided that three weeks ago her husband held a gun to her head in a domestic violence incident.

Ben appeared in a Milwaukee County courtroom Thursday afternoon with extra security around him.

He's charged with first degree intentional homicide and bail is set at $1-million cash.
